Emily Rose Laochua is the writer and creator of The Convergence, a graphic novel that speaks of human energy and Earth's living soul. Emily also wrote the screenplay adaptation of the graphic novel which placed 3rd for best science fiction script at the 2018 Vail Film Festival and winner for best feature script in ScreenCraft's 2020 Sci-fi & Fantasy Screenplay competition. Apart from writing, Emily works in the field of sustainability and partners with others in the arts and businesses to prevent climate change and protect animals. Emily is represented by Affirmative Entertainment.
